Haveli Bahadur Shah power plant is 1230 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant with two gas turbines 9ha.01 of General Electric and a triple pressure steam turbine.

PTW (Permit to Work) Issuing System
·         Conducted comprehensive risk assessments to ensure safe work practices.
·         Working on CMMS Maximo regarding work order tracking.
·         Prepared and issued PTWs for various maintenance and repair activities.
·         Verified compliance with PTW procedures and ensured proper authorization.
·         Maintained accurate PTW records on Maximo and documentation.

Understanding Major Duties of Assistant Shift Engineer:
·         Monitored and analyzed plant operating parameters to ensure optimal performance.
·         Responded to alarms and operational issues promptly and effectively.
·         Coordinated with maintenance personnel to resolve technical problems.
·         Conducted routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
·         Communication with National Power Control Center regarding demand and load adjustments.
·         Preparing daily operational report regarding different parameters of turbine.

Line Tracing:
·         Traced mechanical systems to identify working and diving through deep concepts
·         Prepared detailed reports documenting line tracing findings.
